I have stated it as a goal of mine here in the Gaia Community to survey the site broadly regarding conceptions of Gaia. I ask and encourage any response to the questions:
What is Gaia?
and/or
How do we conceive of Gaia?
I intend to gather what will no doubt be diverse conceptions of Gaia, not in order to synthesize them into one grand or totalizing vision, but in order to stage a dialectic of difference proper to our conceptions of Gaia with the goal in mind of initiating a critical dialogue concerning our presuppositions and intuitions about the term. So please e-mail me back and share your thoughts!!!!
